Update: STILL, WORKS WHEN IT WANTS TO🤬 I was paid today (checked my account before leaving for work) and needed gas, so I stopped by the store 45 SECONDS AWAY FROM MY APARTMENT (you literally cross the road & are at the gas station), but my card was declined. TWICE. Now, "could not load accounts" error message displays every time I try to open the app. I LITERALLY JUST LOGGED IN‼️ This app needs new techs, an update, SOMETHING. ANYTHING, because this spotty service is very distasteful. 👎🏾👎🏾
Ah hell. Used to be great.. then they messed it up.. won't let me see accounts.. and keeps pushing me to bill pay screen.. I DON'T USE THAT! Had to uninstall and reinstall to fix.

Banking with cu1 has been a great experience. mobile banking is so convenient by far. I love it. I hardly ever need to go into the bank anymore. (I can't remember when's the last time I was in there, all because of mobile banking. Thank you cu1, you have made it so easy-to-use & have great staff when do need to go in!!
